Plant Nursery
We love growing plants to get you growing locally in North East Somerset. Here are over 160 beautiful perennials, grasses, ferns and shrubs - many of them unusual - which we have gathered together over the years and propagate both here at home and with a team of lovely volunteers at Root Connections – a local community market garden. Profits from plant sales go straight back to Root Connections to further their work with community groups – people with learning difficulties and the rural homeless. Where possible, stock is potted in peat-free compost using recycled pots – most of them 2-3 litre sizes allowing plants to be bigger than those supplied by other nurseries.
